You will contribute to scalable solutions that improve automation, efficiency, and user experiences in a rapidly evolving technology environment. ### Accountabilities: As a Data-Focused Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to the development of data-driven products and AI-enabled experiences by designing, building, and improving scalable software solutions. You will work across multiple layers of the technology stack while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused systems. - Build and maintain full-stack product features that leverage data and AI capabilities to enhance customer, agent, supervisor, and administrator experiences. - Develop backend services, APIs, workflows, and integrations connecting product systems with data and AI technologies. - Work with customer interaction data, analytics models, and operational datasets to support intelligent product features. - Collaborate with AI, Data Platform, Product, QA, and engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality customer-facing solutions. - Contribute to data pipelines, data models, analytics workflows, and internal tools that improve access to product and operational insights. - Create user-facing applications and interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies when needed. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and production support. - Take ownership of complex technical challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems and driving solutions from concept to delivery. - Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to improving engineering practices and team standards. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a versatile software engineer with strong full-stack development skills, experience working with data-intensive systems, and an interest in building AI-powered solutions.
