Job Description

This position will be responsible for data analysis, statistical modeling, visualizations, and data engineering to support data insights for the campus. - Extract and analyze data from the Banner ERP system and related data sources to fulfill internal data requests - Develop modeling frameworks for prediction, classification, and similar goals, utilizing machine learning models and artificial intelligence tools when appropriate - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualization using Power BI or other approved data visualization tools - Identify opportunities for enhancing data assets and propose innovative solutions - Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide data-driven recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business challenges - Develop and maintain data models, data definitions, and documentation - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems - Automate and optimize recurring reports and analytical processes - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Support data governance and compliance initiatives - Other duties as assigned - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field - Proficiency and experience with statistics and predictive analytics - Proficiency and experience with machine learning & deep learning models - Proficiency and experience with Python, R, SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner - Proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools

Key Responsibilities
