Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automotive exterior trim components from concept to production
- Own the design and release of bumper, fascia, cladding, garnish, spoiler, and related exterior parts
- Perform feasibility, packaging, and manufacturability studies
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet vehicle development milestones
- Support prototype builds, validation, and production launch activities
- Ensure designs comply with quality, cost, and manufacturing requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive exterior trim design
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V6
- Strong knowledge of plastic tooling, injection molding, feasibility studies, and plastic manufacturing technologies
