Job Description

Dataquad Inc is seeking a Python Developer with Java expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs for a client engagement in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, RESTful services, and cloud technologies, and can build high-performance applications, automate workflows, and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment. Candidates must be able to show I94 documentation with H1B status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Java
  • Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Develop automation scripts and data processing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions
  • Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment processes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Python development
  • Strong Java programming experience
  • Experience with Spring Boot or Django/FastAPI/Flask
  • REST API and Microservices development experience
  • SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Must be able to show I94 with H1B status
