We're looking for an experienced dealership accountant who is eager to grow their career, partner with leadership and accounting management, and play a key role in driving dealership success. What You’ll Do - Accurately process and record dealership transactions, including vehicle purchases, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and deal postings. - Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections. - Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, including FTC, rebates, product payables, and intercompany transactions. - Support dealership operations through warranty processing, cancellations, refund checks, and customer referral payments. - Maintain accurate schedules and records while contributing to overall accounting team success and business objectives.
