Job Description
Ford Business Solutions (FBS–India), based in Chennai, serves as a global hub driving Ford Motor Company’s digital transformation. We empower leaders across multi-disciplinary functions— Marketing, IT, & Accounting to spearhead global initiatives and scale operations. At FBS, we prioritize leadership development and provide a platform that supports global-scale operations and fosters professional growth.
Ford of Europe is transforming its digital marketing into a streamlined, transactional retail engine designed to convert digital interest into purchase-ready prospects for both passenger and commercial vehicles. Central to this shift is the Build & Price tool, which replaces traditional showroom hurdles with a personalized virtual storefront featuring curated configurations and high-quality digital assets. This evolution creates a seamless online experience that drives high-intent engagement and modernizes the vehicle purchasing journey.
We invite applications for Deputy Manager - Delivery & Web Content to serve as the Champion for Ford of Europe ‘Build and Price’ platform, leading the engagement between our European Markets and the Central FoE team. The role sits at the center of market stakeholders, tech teams, product architects, and product managers—navigating market-specific nuances to ensure precise delivery of requirements across our Passenger and Commercial Vehicle portfolios.
This position owns market engagement end-to-end, driving requirement clarity, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, and market signoffs. It also leads to market and business-owner escalations, ensuring communication stays transparent, actions are time-bound, and closures are delivered with confidence. This includes ensuring continuous service availability and pricing precision for a portfolio of 300+ models. Rigorous governance is maintained across the end-to-end information pipeline, so every customer interaction remains seamless and fully compliant with EU emissions and legal mandates. Strong visual and data integrity is critical to safeguarding Ford’s digital reputation and optimizing the journey for every visitor.
Beyond strategic oversight, the role leads a high-performing execution team operating across complex data ecosystems such as PAM, GPRS, and BSL. Delivery orchestration with key agency partners (WPP VML, Oliver) is essential, along with rapid incident resolution and close synchronization with IT, Product, and JV stakeholders to ensure flawless go-to-market execution for new program launches.Job Responsibilities:
