Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
- Support process improvements and adoption of new tools
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and team workflows
### What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Blender or other 3D modeling tools is a plus
- Ability to produce clear, accurate technical drawings and BOMs
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- ERP system experience (such as Odoo) is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, design, or fabrication environment preferred
Recent technical graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply, as well as candidates with hands-on fabrication or shop experience.
Tools & Technology include:
- AutoCAD
- Blender (or similar 3D modeling software)
- Adobe Creative Suite (as needed)
- ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Cloud-based file sharing tools
### Great Perks and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary and full benefits package, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
