Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Software Developer to join our pipeline team. Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Golang  Write clean, efficient, and testable code with proper documentation and unit testing  Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using modern DevOps practices  Work with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to build, deploy, and manage microservices  Collaborate with team members, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features  Monitor and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schema design  Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning  Apply test-driven development (TDD) principles in day-to-day work  Demonstrate a strong ability to write original code to solve complex problems without reliance on AI-generated solutions  Contribute in an agile and fast-paced development environment with a strong sense of ownership  Embrace cloud-native development practices with security fundamentals in mind Required Qualifications  1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python and Go  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions  Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration  Basic understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment  Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP  Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment  Team player with a high sense of ownership and urgency  Outcome-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills  Understanding of software security fundamentals Nice to Have  Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana stack)  Experience with security or endpoint data pipelines is a plus  Understanding of message queues (e.g., Kafka, SQS)  Experience with React © Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc.
