$67,537.60 - $86,112.00
\Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development- Produce software that delivers requested functionality by following the unified software development process. Deliver quality software by possessing a working knowledge of modern modular programming techniques for implementation of customer needs. Perform software testing, corrects program errors, using methods such as modifying program or altering sequence of program steps.
- Systems Programming- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex systems programming. Work with other team to develop Technical Designs and participate in Technical and Code Reviews. Work with team to design, write, and prepare complete user and technical documentation. Utilize development lifecycle process and documentation to implement and support system solutions.
- Requirements Gathering- Prepare detailed use cases and activity diagrams to illustrate the customer needs. Collaborate with customers to obtain and analyze project specifications. Propose a viable overall design approach by analyzing the possible courses of action and associated impacts.
- Support- Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided, including ongoing monitoring of Service Level Agreements for incident management and collaboration with other areas to ensure customer-centered incident management and support.
- Education- Develop knowledge and professional skills through cross-training, literature and attendance at department meetings and vendor education. Develop training objectives. Prepare oral and written presentations. Develop expertise in several Cincinnati Children's computer-based systems.
