How you’ll make an impact: - Partner with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to design and deliver mobile solutions that support warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications that are secure, reliable, and optimized for enterprise use. - Build and integrate mobile applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud services, and backend systems. - Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative mobile capabilities, including barcode scanning, automation, notifications, and AI-enabled features. - Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement reusable components and frameworks to improve application quality and development efficiency. - Support mobile application modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, architecture improvements, and adoption of emerging technologies. - Follow and promote Android development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and agile development methodologies. - Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment processes. - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. What you’ll need (Required): - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of Android application development experience. - Strong proficiency in Java. - Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle. - Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile application architecture patterns - Experience with Git - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
