Job Description

Digital Benchers is looking for a Flutter Developer with 1.5–2 years of experience to join our growing engineering team and help build the next generation of AI-powered learning products. This is a remote, full-time role at a rapidly growing AI-powered EdTech startup transforming the learning experience for millions of students.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android & iOS
Build scalable, clean, and efficient code with a focus on performance
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and modern AI-assisted development workflows
Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency

Requirements

1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development
Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter framework, and mobile app architecture
Experience working with REST APIs, Firebase, Git, and third-party libraries
Comfortable using AI-powered coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance productivity
A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies
Passion for building impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment
