Job Description
We are hiring a Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) with strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development with React. The role requires leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and collaborating with Architects and Delivery Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and mentor team members
- Collaborate with Architects and Delivery Managers
- Drive Java Full Stack Development initiatives using React.js
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Minimum 2 years of Python development experience (any framework)
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or GenAI
- Experience working on Azure Cloud
- Prior Team Lead experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
