What is the opportunity?
As a Digital Content Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across our digital products. Your mandate is to create the design of intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences that meet business goals and user needs. You will act as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, advocating for the user, and applying a data-informed approach to craft seamless and impactful digital journeys.
What will you do?
- Write user-focused textual content, ensuring alignment with the team’s product strategies.
- Develop engaging editorial content to educate clients on technical aspects of our products.
- Write for change management, reducing the need for client onboarding and training.
- Collaborate with partners to define help content strategies and tools.
- Collaborate with Design Research on user research and testing activities.
- Apply the principles of accessibility and inclusive design in content creation.
- Create copy decks and content repositories to ensure content is auditable and supports delivery team needs.
- Support French translation needs to enhance accessibility for bilingual audiences.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 3+ years of experience in content design, with a strong portfolio showcasing content writing experience
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate content design decisions
- Working understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and accessibility standards
- Ability to write content for accessibility
- Ability to support the content creation for our clients – asset managers and asset owners by understanding and appreciating their business needs
- Ability to create content strategies and information architecture
Nice-to-have
- French language
- Content writing experience for institutional client base in an asset
- Familiarity with banking, custody and asset servicing industry is an asset
- Experience with search, data and AI
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working in agile or product development environments

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00
The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
