What You’ll Do
- Website Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance the websites for Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research, ensuring they remain professional, functional, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
- User Experience Optimization: Improve website navigation, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience to create seamless interactions for patients, providers, research participants, and community partners.
- Content Management: Build, update, and maintain website pages, provider profiles, service descriptions, research study pages, blogs, landing pages, and other digital content.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings, increase visibility, and drive organic traffic to organizational websites.
- Website Performance Monitoring: Monitor website speed, uptime, functionality, and technical performance while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Conversion Optimization: Create and optimize forms, calls to action, landing pages, and user pathways that increase appointment requests, patient inquiries, provider referrals, and research participant enrollment.
- Digital Integrations: Manage integrations between websites and business systems including scheduling platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, marketing software, and other digital applications.
- Technical Maintenance & Security: Perform routine updates, testing, troubleshooting, backups, and security monitoring to ensure website reliability and compliance with industry best practices.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic, user behavior, conversion metrics, and engagement trends while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure website design, content, graphics, and digital assets maintain a cohesive and professional brand identity across all organizational platforms.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, marketing, clinical, operational, and research teams to support organizational initiatives and digital growth strategies.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research emerging web technologies, tools, and best practices that can enhance the organization's digital presence and user experience.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional website, digital strategy, and technology-related responsibilities as needed to support organizational growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in website development, website administration, or digital experience management
- Experience working with website content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization strategies
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of website accessibility standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical research environments preferred
- Commitment to professionalism, innovation, and mission-driven work
