Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, packages, and triggers
- Design and tune database schemas for performance and scalability
- Work with AutoSys for job scheduling and JIL scripting
- Build workflow-driven applications and task orchestration
- Integrate enterprise systems (HR/LMS or similar) with backend databases
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data processing pipelines are robust
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development
- Experience building scalable backend database solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
