Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade ML/LLM solutions, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to balance accuracy, scalability, and business impact. \* Drive strategy and execution of data science solutions across global markets \* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DS team \* Deliver scalable, production-ready models and pipelines \* Align with Product/Engineering on tradeoffs and roadmap priorities \* Communicate outcomes and influence senior stakeholders Requirements: \* 10+ years in Data Science/ML, strong leadership experience, proven track record delivering production AI/ML systems, deep expertise in modeling and scalable DS platforms.
