What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be working on our VzConnect Salesforce team to develop exciting new technologies at the forefront of the customer experience. Our startup-like environment is fast paced and has cross functional teams working side-by-side in an AI-DLC model to build exciting next-generation products.
As an expert Salesforce engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership, setting best practices for application development and integration, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
What we’re looking for...
The Salesforce senior developer position is looking for a strong technical candidate who can lead the team to implement high quality deliverables including customizations, data migrations, systems integration, third party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development. This leader will be responsible for:
Leading technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with project and business objectives; translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform.
Leading technical requirements gathering sessions, creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and integration process.
Identifying ways to utilize Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Build and test Salesforce Agentforce autonomous AI agents mapping out roles, instructions and gaurdrails.
Participating in CICD/Release Management, Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
Performing Change control/Change management.
Conducting code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
Leading a group of talented developers and testers both within the US and in our offshore offices. Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical and functional areas.
Working with the management team to prioritize and schedule work, identify and escalate roadblocks.
Working with the business partners in providing cutting edge solutions to business problems using the SFDC platform.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 or more years of work experience.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in Salesforce and Platform Technologies that includes end to end implementations.
- Five or more years of experience in CPQ, CLM, LWC, Apex, API, Docusign, SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end Agentforce projects including testing, debugging and release management.
- Experience in developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via Web Services, Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Lightning, LWC, Visual Force.
- Experience with J2EE and Java technologies, Web Services, Micro services.
- Working experience in ETL tools such as Talend, Data Stage and Informatica.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Experience in multiple aspects of software development (analysis and design, coding and performance tuning).
- Experience in process Builder, Workflows and Metadata API along with reports and dashboards.
- Ability to Lead a global team of developers and testers and assign/track work for them.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines at the same time.
- Ability to present to ELT.

## Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
