Job Description
Diverse Lynx is hiring an experienced UI Developer for a client engagement. The role is primarily front-end focused (60-70% UI) with the remainder covering API and backend work, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting for enterprise projects and programs. The candidate will collaborate with technical experts and technology team members to resolve complex issues. Onsite from day one at one of the approved client locations: Des Moines, Iowa; Irving, Texas; Minneapolis, Minnesota; or Chandler, Arizona. Only H1B candidates with I-94 are being considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Deliver UI-focused work (approximately 60-70% of scope) alongside API/backend development
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology team members
- Resolve complex technical issues and achieve team goals
Requirements
- 12+ years minimum overall experience
- Only H1B candidates with I-94 will be considered
- 5+ years of Java experience
- 5+ years of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture
- 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
- 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
- 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
- 5+ years of API-driven development with SOAP, REST, and JSON
- 5+ years of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps experience
- 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, and Agentic automation solutions (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
- 2+ years of web application security experience (authentication, authorization, session management, encryption)
- Hybrid schedule, minimum 3 days in office, onsite day one at approved location
- Desired: Azure/OpenShift/PaaS experience, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, e-signature experience, Spring/Spring Boot experience
