Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and opportunity details
• Research target markets and industries in the US region
• Coordinate with marketing on outreach campaigns

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Willingness to work in US shift timings
• Basic understanding of IT services is a plus
