Job Description
DRC Systems is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, closing deals, and expanding our footprint in IT services and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or IT sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
