Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant
• Ensure adherence to factory compliances and statutory labour laws
• Manage industrial relations and resolve workforce issues proactively
• Act as key liaison between plant management, workers, and unions
• Drive stakeholder management across plant and corporate HR teams
• Support negotiations related to wages, settlements, and labour matters

Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of experience in manufacturing plant HR
• Strong expertise in factory compliances and statutory labour laws
• Proven experience in industrial relations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
