Job Description

DynamoPixel is looking for a motivated Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will identify new business opportunities on freelance platforms, engage prospective clients, and help convert leads into long-term projects, working closely with our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Bid on projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Communicate with prospective clients to understand requirements
Prepare proposals and quotations
Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into projects

Requirements

Good written and verbal English communication skills
Basic understanding of IT/digital services
Freshers welcome; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
