Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for airline domain use cases
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational chatbots
• Develop NLP pipelines and predictive modeling solutions for customer analytics and demand forecasting
• Implement pricing optimization and operations efficiency models using AI/ML techniques
• Work with large-scale data using PySpark and SQL for data processing and feature engineering
• Deploy and manage AI/ML models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Build and containerize ML services using FastAPI, Flask, and Docker
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions in the aviation sector

Requirements

• Proven experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Chatbot development
• Strong background in NLP and Predictive Modeling
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, and Docker for model deployment
• Airline or Aviation domain experience is preferred
• Experience in pricing, demand forecasting, customer analytics, operations optimization, and AI-driven automation will be highly valued
