About This Role: | Privateer is seeking an experienced Edifecs Developerto support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

This role is integral to the accurate and efficient processing of high‑volume EDI X12 transactions, with a primary focus on 837 and 835 workflows. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of transaction processes, ensuring compliance, reliability, and seamless integration across internal systems and external trading partners. • Strong experience with EDI X12 healthcare transactions (837, 835, 277CA, 278, 270/271, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with EDIFECS, including:
  • Spec Builder
  • Transaction Manager (TM)
  • XEServer
  • XESManager
• Experience building profiles, routes, and trading partner relationships
• Experience connecting to endpoints such as HTTP/S, SFTP, file systems, databases, and queues
• Strong troubleshooting experience
• Solid communication skills
