Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see a task to completion in a timely manner Required Skill Sets: • Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems • Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc. • Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs. • Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have): o Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware o Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices o Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains o Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies o Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight Compensation: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
