Job Description

LEAD Developer/Architect/Manager to lead the design and development of a scalable, secure, and high-performing EdTech platform. Drive architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of educational content to users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, and reliable application architectures
  • Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
  • Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Build and optimize content delivery, streaming, and data-driven systems
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks
  • Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in Architecture and System Design
  • Strong experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Expertise in Microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
