Job Description

**About Dashlane** Dashlane’s mission is to deliver the credential security every business and employee needs to thrive. Millions of consumers, and over 25,000 brands worldwide, such as Michelin, Air France, and Forrester, trust Dashlane for industry-leading innovations, patented zero-knowledge security, and an unmatched user experience. Founded in Paris, Dashlane has since established offices in New York and Lisbon, and has grown to more than 300 Dashlaners globally. We're looking for people who actively use AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and impact in their work. At Dashlane, we drive innovation and value learning, strive for excellence in everything we do, and thrive as one team. Learn more about [life at Dashlane](https://lifeatdashlane.com/), including [how we work](https://lifeatdashlane.com/how-we-work), [how we hire](https://lifeatdashlane.com/how-we-hire), and the [benefits of being a Dashlaner](https://lifeatdashlane.com/benefits-dashlane). **About the role:** Join Dashlane as an Engineering Manager leading the Setup & Rollout team, the core engine driving our B2B growth. Millions of users and world-class enterprises rely on Dashlane to protect their digital lives. Your team owns the critical integrations that connect Dashlane to enterprise identity and security ecosystems: SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM integrations, and audit logging. When an IT admin seamlessly deploys Dashlane across thousands of seats, your team’s work is what makes that complexity look beautiful and simple. You’ll have deep technical ownership of Dashlane’s confidential computing platform (AWS Nitro Enclaves), which powers our zero-knowledge encryption for enterprise features. Beyond operating it, you’ll help push the boundaries. We’re pioneering the application of AI and LLMs on confidential computing infrastructure, exploring how to bring intelligent capabilities to security-sensitive environments where data must *never* be exposed. This is genuinely uncharted territory in the cybersecurity industry, and your team will be at the forefront. As a leader, you aren't just managing code, you’re growing people. You will lead, coach, and advocate for a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers. Working closely with Product and Design, you will foster a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety, delivering features that directly impact enterprise revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation. **Location:** You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work. **At Dashlane, you will:** - Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within your team, as the business and product complexity grow at a rapid pace. - Help your direct reports grow and develop as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates - Recruit new software engineers, and participate in Dashlane’s effort to be visible in the tech community in Paris - Support your team and make them autonomous by giving them all the appropriate tools they need to deliver without friction - Lead managerial initiatives to improve our current systems and processes in support of the company’s mission - Deliver Engineering strategy goals and actively contribute to shaping roadmaps and technical initiatives, including refinement sessions, ADRs, and other technical documents. - Work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver on our Product Roadmap - Help define the direction of the Product Experience teams to improve the stability, security, and quality of the Dashlane product - Accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC - Work with passionate teams of engineers, product managers, testers, customer support agents, and others in a friendly and multicultural environment **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in software engineering - 2+ years of experience in people and project management (ideally in a distributed environment) - Fluency in English **We're Also Looking For:** - Javascript/Typescript experience - Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees) - Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones - You have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field - Strong interest in cybersecurity - Someone actively leveraging AI tools in their current work, with an informed perspective on how AI impacts team delivery, productivity, and engineering quality **What Dashlane offers you:** - Equal Parental leave - regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid leave to take care of their new baby, within the first year of birth or adoption - Health insurance is covered by Dashlane - Mentorship program - select your mentor from our internal pool and continue your learning path! - Commute allowance - Meal Vouchers (Swile) - Mental health services through Spring Health for you and your family members - 4 extra days off (one per quarter) to acknowledge the importance of your wellbeing - Spot in daycare - Time off saving account - Donation matching program - give back to the community and support actions that lead to positive social impact under the historically marginalized communities. Every donation will be matched by Dashlane - Team buildings & seasonal social events - Weekly lunch in the office and monthly happy hour - and many more! **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Dashlane:** As a truly international company—founded in France and distributed across France, US and Portugal—Dashlane thrives off diverse perspectives. We value all aspects of diversity: gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, ethnic origin, social background, age, lifestyle, and more. We are committed to hiring a diverse community and fostering a culture where everyone is heard and belongs.
