Millions of users and world-class enterprises rely on Dashlane to protect their digital lives. Your team owns the critical integrations that connect Dashlane to enterprise identity and security ecosystems: SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM integrations, and audit logging. When an IT admin seamlessly deploys Dashlane across thousands of seats, your team’s work is what makes that complexity look beautiful and simple. You’ll have deep technical ownership of Dashlane’s confidential computing platform (AWS Nitro Enclaves), which powers our zero-knowledge encryption for enterprise features. Beyond operating it, you’ll help push the boundaries. We’re pioneering the application of AI and LLMs on confidential computing infrastructure, exploring how to bring intelligent capabilities to security-sensitive environments where data must *never* be exposed. This is genuinely uncharted territory in the cybersecurity industry, and your team will be at the forefront. As a leader, you aren't just managing code, you’re growing people. You will lead, coach, and advocate for a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers. Working closely with Product and Design, you will foster a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety, delivering features that directly impact enterprise revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation. **Location:** You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language.
