This role operates at a 70% technical / 30% management split – the ideal candidate remains deeply embedded in architecture and engineering decisions while building and guiding a high-performing team. You will bring strong expertise in Node.js, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-native platforms, paired with the ability to lead with clarity, ownership, and purpose.
