We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with 8–12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions. ### Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). - Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications. - Develop custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and reusable components. - Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with governance standards. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for Power Platform development. - Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery activities. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. - Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions. ### Qualifications ### Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) - Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows) - Power BI Development - Microsoft Dataverse - Power Pages - AI Builder ### Microsoft Technologies - Microsoft 365 - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Teams Integration - Azure Functions - Azure Logic Apps - Azure API Management - Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) ### Development Skills - C# - .NET Framework / .NET Core - JavaScript / TypeScript - REST APIs - JSON - SQL Server ### DevOps & Governance - Azure DevOps - Git - CI/CD Pipelines - Solution Packaging and Deployment - Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 8–12 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Experience in enterprise application development and integration projects. - Strong understanding of Power Platform security architecture and governance. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ## Preferred Certifications - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) - Relevant Azure Certifications ## Soft Skills - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions. - Experience mentoring and guiding development teams. - Strong customer-focused and delivery-oriented mindset. ## Nice to Have - Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. - Exposure to Copilot Studio and Generative AI integrations. - Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. - Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs. ### About the Company At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
