Job Description
EPAM is hiring a Lead Automation Testing Engineer to design and scale Java-based automation frameworks while embedding AI-assisted testing practices into the QA lifecycle. Walk-in interview on 18th July 2026 at EPAM Hyderabad; role is open for Hyderabad or Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable UI and API automation frameworks
- Build and maintain Selenium-based UI automation suites
- Build and maintain REST Assured-based API automation suites
- Apply Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or AI-powered tools to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Lead automation strategy and mentor team members
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in automation testing
- Strong hands-on programming in Java (Java 8+)
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation
- Strong experience in REST Assured for API automation
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing (Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or AI-powered testing tools) is mandatory
- Candidates interviewed at EPAM within the last 6 months are not eligible
