Zensar Technologies seeks an experienced ESaaS - Business Central Developer to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects, managing teams, budgets, and successful execution. The ESaaS - Business Central Developer will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Zensar Technologies. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex ERP and CRM integration programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global delivery teams, ensuring effective governance, and delivering transformative initiatives. ### Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects, including planning, governance, and successful execution. - Manage project planning, scheduling, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. - Lead governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications. - Coordinate with customer teams, implementation partners, architects, developers, and vendors. - Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management processes. - Oversee Hypercare, transition to support, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage RAID logs, dependencies, change requests, and delivery risks. - Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication. - Maintain Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise. - Provide executive reporting and financial management for integration programs. ### Qualifications - 10-15+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and CRM integration programs. - Proven leadership in global delivery teams and complex transformation initiatives. - Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery governance. - Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and RAID management. - Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a hybrid or offshore environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery. ### About the Company At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
