Job Description: Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate and comprehensive configuration item (CI) data. Create and manage data integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, service graph connectors, and other integration methods. Develop custom workflows and utilize Flow Designer for automated data management within the CMDB. Implement and enforce CSDM (Common Service Data Model) guidelines for enhanced CMDB maturity. Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery (on prem and cloud), Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
