Job Description
PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER
####
#### Bring Imagination to Life — Then Deliver It On Time
Lime Media is one of the fastest-growing experiential marketing companies in the country — and we're just getting started. For 20+ years, we've been building, branding, and deploying custom vehicles and immersive activations for the biggest names in America. With a fleet of 250+ assets and a team that operates like a well-oiled machine, we turn bold ideas into real-world brand experiences that stop people in their tracks.
We're not a software company. We're not a logistics firm. We build things. We move fast. We execute nationwide. And we're looking for a Producer / Project Manager who has lived and breathed the world of experiential marketing, brand activations, live events, or production — and who's ready to own it.
If you get a rush from juggling complex timelines, love working shoulder-to-shoulder with fabricators, creatives, and clients, and refuse to let a deadline slip — you'll fit right in here.
#### Who We Are
At Lime Media, culture isn't a buzzword — it's the foundation everything is built on. Our three core values aren't posted on a wall; they show up in how we treat clients, how we treat each other, and how we define winning.
Love — We're not in this alone. Win, win, or lose, we want to be someone you want on your team. We tackle challenges shoulder-to-shoulder, we celebrate hard, and we genuinely care about the people around us. Ego doesn't have a seat at this table.
Accountability — In experiential marketing, every second counts. We live by the clock. We communicate proactively, stay ruthlessly organized, and play offense — not defense. Every team member has a crucial role, and we take that seriously.
Evolution — What's cool today isn't always cool tomorrow. We level up every day through continuous improvement, staying on the cutting edge of the industry, and never settling for "good enough." Limeaides are always growing.
If these values resonate with you, keep reading.
#### The Role
Our Producer / Project Manager is a strategic problem-solver and production quarterback — someone who takes full ownership of client projects from sales handoff through final execution. You'll oversee day-to-day activities, timelines, purchasing, and communication across sales, creative, operations, and fabrication teams — partnering closely with the Activation team to ensure a seamless handoff when it's time to hit the road — all while keeping multiple complex programs on time and on budget.
This isn't a desk job. You'll work directly alongside our shop leadership to drive custom vehicle builds, manage national brand activation campaigns, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients who are counting on Lime to deliver. You bring structure, urgency, and calm to every project you touch.
#### What You'll Do
- Own the client relationship with authority and resilience — serve as the trusted point of contact from kickoff through build completion, confidently navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Drive complex programs from sales handoff through build completion — guide clients through the full production lifecycle, setting clear expectations and reinforcing Lime's reputation for excellence every step of the way. Partner closely with the Activation team for a seamless handoff when it's time to hit the road.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with fabrication shop leadership — collaborate directly with our production team to manage custom vehicle builds and branded asset builds from creative approval through final QC.
- Command production schedules and milestones — anticipate risks, adjust resources, and maintain relentless focus on deadlines across simultaneous programs for national brands, often running across multiple markets.
- Apply a real project management mindset — use proven frameworks to plan, initiate, and deliver, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of the end goal.
- Protect the bottom line — monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change orders with precision. Make the tough calls when required.
- Champion quality — enforce rigorous QC standards ensuring every deliverable represents the Lime brand and exceeds client expectations.
- Unify cross-functional teams — lead interdepartmental communications with clarity and diplomacy, fostering collaboration while holding teams accountable.
- Bring grit — embrace ambiguity, solve problems fast, and see every project through to completion regardless of what gets thrown at you.
#### How We Measure Success
We measure performance clearly. Here's what winning looks like in this role:
- Collaboration — Seamless liaison between clients and internal teams at every stage, with full stakeholder alignment.
- Accuracy — High-precision management of scope, budget, labor, risk, and communications.
- Quality — Minimum 95% client satisfaction rating, with proactive risk management and consistent quality standards.
- Timeliness — Projects delivered on schedule through proactive milestone and dependency management.
- Communication — Overcommunication at every level — clear reporting, timely updates, and no surprises.
- Risk & Scope Management — Early identification of risks, mitigation plans in place, and scope changes managed to protect timelines and budgets.
#### What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or account management — preferably in experiential marketing, brand activations, live events, agency environments, or a related field
- A track record of managing simultaneous, complex programs from start to finish
- Comfort working directly with fabrication or production teams, not just managing from a spreadsheet
- Experience managing vendor and subcontractor relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- High energy, deeply organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Nice to have:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification
- Experience with national multi-market tours or fleet-based programs
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
#### Our Hiring Process
We're committed to a fair, consistent, and efficient experience for every candidate. Here's what to expect:
1. Application Review — We assess alignment with the role's qualifications and requirements.
2. Job-Related Assessment (Required) — Candidates who move forward complete a video-based behavioral assessment and role-relevant questions. This step helps us make interviews sharper and more meaningful for everyone.
3. Recruiter Screening — A phone or virtual conversation to explore experience, skills, and fit.
4. Hiring Manager & Team Interviews — Meetings with the hiring manager and key stakeholders, virtually or in person.
5. Final Steps — Top candidates may have additional conversations before an offer decision.
We provide timely communication throughout and encourage questions at any stage.
