Role Focus Areas Autonomous Workflows: Designing LLM-driven agents capable of multi-step reasoning, self-correction, and tool manipulation. Multi-Agent Coordination: Building frameworks for collaboration, conflict resolution, and parallel execution between specialised agents. Advanced Prompt Architecture: Implementing techniques like Chain-of-Thought, and Tree-of-Thoughts. Evaluation & Guardrails: Developing rigorous testing benchmarks for agent reliability, safety, and hallucination containment. Technical Stack & Skillsets Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex. Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#. Models: Hands-on API integration and fine-tuning of OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models.
