Job Description

Fastline Recruitment Services is hiring an experienced Flutter Developer on behalf of a client in Bangalore / Mysore. This is a senior-level role focused on building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile development and has a strong command of the Flutter ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and manage Firebase backend services
Implement and manage state management solutions including BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, and MVVM
Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver polished, user-friendly mobile experiences
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and handle App Store and Play Store deployments
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making

Requirements

5–10 years of mobile development experience with at least 3+ years in Flutter and Dart
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform Android and iOS development
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase
Solid understanding of state management patterns: BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM
Experience with native Android and iOS development concepts
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and App Store/Play Store deployment processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
