The EUC Tools team develops and supports custom applications, automation solutions, and operational platforms that enable End User Computing service delivery across Farmers. The team is responsible for modernizing legacy systems, delivering new digital workplace capabilities, integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, and creating technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience. The team partners closely with IT Support, Endpoint Management, Service Delivery, and Digital Workplace teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology services.
Location: This role will required to be located in Aguascalientes or CDMX.
Hybrid . 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts; proactively identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes rather than repeated workarounds.
- Respond to Production Support tickets and work directly with business stakeholders to confirm impact, scope, priority, and validation criteria.
- Maintain runbooks, known-error records, and support knowledge-base entries so the team can resolve recurring issues quickly and consistently.
- Participate in on-call or rotational support coverage as required by the team’s operating model.
- Coordinate with QA, release management, and business owners to deploy hotfixes, patches, and emergency changes safely. Application Development
- Code, test, and implement computer programs, objects, and components; configure packaged software; ensure all changes meet specifications and installation standards.
- Document and quality-check program code, related objects, and documentation according to installation standards and conventions.
- Analyze programs to ensure efficient use of compute and storage resources; recommend appropriate changes as necessary.
- Conduct system studies, analyze existing computerized and manual processes to improve efficiency; research and develop techniques for automation.
- Conduct preliminary estimates and Rough Order of Magnitude for new or changed application functionality.
- Analyze and make recommendations for system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing, and controls.
- Analyze and document requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling.
- Monitor the work of junior staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
- Manage and control system development projects; support implementation and training activities; troubleshoot system environmental issues.
- Perform preliminary evaluation of packaged software.
- 1+ years working with Javascript and C#
- Experience working on backend with Node
- SQL Server or any other database experience
- Experience on Visual Studio and Code IDE
- Technical understanding of API integrations (REST)
Nice to Have
- Familiar with CI/CD
- Understanding of any frontend framework with Javascript (Vue, React or Angular)
