Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! # Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting information. - Manage and maintain the general ledger. - Perform timely monthly and annual financial closing activities. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and financial reports. - Prepare and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support compliance with tax obligations and corporate accounting policies. - Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit requests. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and company procedures. - Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial reporting. # Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems (ideally SAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
