Job Description

Ficode is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using the MEAN Stack. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding a team of engineers while owning architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ship scalable, secure, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications
  • Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Own deployment processes and application architecture decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with the MEAN Stack
  • Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures
  • Experience with code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
