Job Description
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer role working directly with enterprise customers to design and deliver Generative AI solutions, partnering with clients to translate business needs into deployed, production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions
- Build scalable AI workflows and integrate REST APIs
- Optimize model performance for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement AI solutions
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience building Agentic AI / AI agents
- Proficiency in Python and REST APIs
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- LangChain / LangGraph experience preferred
- Experience with vector databases preferred
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
