Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with enterprise customers and deliver cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This onsite role in Chennai is focused on designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, working directly with clients to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions
- Build scalable AI workflows, integrate APIs, and optimize model performance for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and deploy innovative AI solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software/AI engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience building Agentic AI / AI Agents
- Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs
- Solid grounding in Prompt Engineering
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph preferred
- Familiarity with Vector Databases preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
