Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications using Microsoft AI technologies
• Build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API, and Microsoft 365
• Develop enterprise search, knowledge retrieval, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Build scalable AI data ingestion pipelines, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Optimize AI models, prompts, workflows, scalability, security, and performance following Microsoft Responsible AI best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio)
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Integration, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Graph API
• End-to-end AI agent development and RAG implementation experience
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM integration/orchestration skills
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and knowledge base development
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps
• Preferred: Azure Machine Learning, C#/.NET, enterprise AI assistants/copilots, vector databases and semantic search, Azure cloud architecture and security, Microsoft Azure AI certifications, enterprise AI governance, CI/CD for AI applications
