Job Description

First Career Centre is hiring a Senior Java Backend Developer in Delhi to lead the design of scalable microservices and mentor engineers using modern Java and Spring technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot
  • Architect event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
  • Implement secure, high-performance APIs using OAuth 2.0 and Redis

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Java backend development
  • Deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux
  • Strong experience with Apache Kafka and Spring Data JPA
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, OAuth 2.0, and Redis
