Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions using Python and Databricks
• Build and maintain MLOps processes including experiment tracking, model registry, and model monitoring
• Develop and support RAG-based applications and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Manage integrations with commercial and open-source LLM APIs
• Implement LLM observability, performance monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a US Masters degree
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and MLflow
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and model lifecycle management
• Experience building applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience managing and integrating LLM APIs
• Strong understanding of AI/ML system performance, monitoring, and observability
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks preferred
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems preferred
• Experience deploying machine learning solutions in AWS or Azure preferred
