Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Kenan Billing applications
- Configure and support Kenan billing solutions
- Develop and integrate APIs and backend components
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Follow SDLC processes and development best practices
Requirements
- 5-12 years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience with Kenan Billing System (FX 2.0/3.0/4.x/5.x) (Amdocs/Comverse/Arbor BP)
- Strong knowledge of Java, Perl, UNIX, and Shell Scripting
- Experience with JBoss, Oracle, and PL/SQL
- Proficiency in XML, XSD, and JSON
- Good knowledge of Kenan API-TS (DOM, HashMap)
- Experience with Kenan Configuration
- Good understanding of Kenan operational tasks and core billing processes
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience in software design, development, and support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Only Indian candidates; immediate joiners preferred
