Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy ServiceNow Now Assist and Moveworks integrations
  • Build reusable AI solutions and platform standards
  • Ensure AI governance, security, and privacy compliance
  • Manage AI deployment, monitoring, and optimization
  • Collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams
  • Design scalable, secure, enterprise-ready AI solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • 3+ years in ServiceNow configuration, scripting & integrations
  • 1+ year with ServiceNow Now Assist / AI capabilities
  • Minimum 6 months of Moveworks experience
