Replies within 24 hours We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer in the Greater Houston area who enjoys building thoughtful, user-friendly web experiences and collaborating with others to solve meaningful problems. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver scalable, high-performance applications—owning front-end development while contributing to back-end functionality as part of a supportive, cross-functional team. This role is expected to begin primarily in the office to support onboarding and team integration. Over time, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule, with the potential to become fully remote based on performance, team needs, and business priorities. Responsibilities - Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies - Contribute to full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java - Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript with a focus on best practices and long-term quality - Design and implement APIs and microservices that integrate smoothly with front-end systems - Ensure applications are accessible, inclusive, and performant across devices and platforms - Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability - Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates in a supportive, feedback-driven environment - Help maintain reliable delivery pipelines through CI/CD and automated testing - Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Troubleshoot issues thoughtfully and proactively improve systems over time Qualifications: We know great candidates don’t always meet 100% of the criteria. So, if you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply. - Around 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end work - Experience with Angular (Angular 18+ preferred) - Familiarity with at least one additional technology such as React, Node.js, Java, or Python - Experience using Git or similar version control systems - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization - Comfort working with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in a remote environment - Ability to manage your time, prioritize effectively, and work independently when needed - Experience (or interest) in working with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines - Experience with cloud-based development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S.-based. Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year # Diversity We are proud of our diverse team! Our company culture promotes our core values of diversity, equality and inclusion. As a minority, women-owned business, we strive to create a positive, open environment for our team and our clients alike. # Mission Our team is committed to serve our clients through innovative, cost effective, agile and secure IT solutions. # Web3 DLZP Group is an Unstoppable Women of Web3 partner.
