The Role: As a Front-End Developer Intern, you'll work closely with our design and development teams to bring intuitive, visually compelling applications to life. Key Responsibilities - Design Translation: Transform Figma designs into functional, responsive web applications with precise attention to detail. - Web Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and refine the front-end architecture of our web applications. - Modern Frameworks & Tools: Develop using Next.js and React, deploying on platforms like Vercel for optimized performance. - Backend Integration: Connect front-end components to our backend services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Cloud Solutions: Use cloud services like AWS to manage deployment, serverless functions, and other backend requirements. - Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively across teams to support streamlined workflows and project clarity. Requirements - Familiarity with Figma: Proficiency in interpreting and implementing designs with an eye for user experience. - Front-End Development Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. - Experience with Next.js and React: Basic knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, and an interest in creating interactive UIs. - Cloud Experience (AWS preferred): Understanding of cloud infrastructure for application deployment and management. - API Connections: Ability to connect front-end interfaces to backend APIs for smooth user experiences. - Communication & Documentation Skills: Clear communicator with an organized approach to documenting processes and workflows. Nice-to-Haves - Experience with additional front-end tools or libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap). - Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing practices. - Awareness of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
