Job Description
Millions of people trust Surfshark to keep them safe online — and the first thing they see is what our Web Team builds. We turn a complex topic into something clear, fast, and genuinely easy to use. If you care about interfaces that feel effortless (and load like it, too), read on.
## If you want to:
- Build and maintain fast, high-performing web interfaces across our custom CMS and landing pages ecosystem.
- Help grow our internal design system so components stay reusable and everything looks consistent, everywhere.
- Keep an eye on Core Web Vitals and make accessibility (A11y) a default, not an afterthought.
- Bring AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot into your daily workflow to ship better work, faster.
- Work side by side with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to turn business goals into things people can actually use.
## And you can check off:
- Proven experience of building with React and TypeScript.
- A real performance mindset — you notice what's slow and you know how to fix it.
- Comfort with modern web stacks like Next.js and headless CMS setups.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the patience to dig into the "why".
- Clear communication and a proactive attitude — you speak up, share ideas, and make the team around you better.
## Here’s the deal:
- Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
- Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
- Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
- Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
- Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
- More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;
- Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
- Gross salary: 3200-5600 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
