This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing space—particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and placement, all within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. ### Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors - Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process - Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines - Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience ### Core Skills: - Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal - Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video - Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities - Growth mindset — eager to learn and advance in recruitment ### Experience: - At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments - Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a plus - Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is advantageous but not required ### Working Conditions: - Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones - Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC) - Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup ### Ready to Apply?
