The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, experience building RESTful APIs, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. - Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. - Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes. - Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies. ## Required Technical Skills ### Frontend - Strong experience with **React.js or Next.js or Vue.js**. - Experience with **Webpack or comparable frontend build tools/frameworks**. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications. ### Backend Hands-on experience with one or more of the following backend technologies: - **Java and Spring Boot** - **Node.js** - **.NET** - **Python and Django** - **Ruby on Rails** - **PHP or comparable backend technologies** ### Database - Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus. ### APIs & Integration - Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with GraphQL is an advantage. - Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO). ### DevOps & Tools - Git/GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps. - CI/CD pipelines. - Docker and Kubernetes are a plus. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - **3–11 years** of professional experience in full-stack software development. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience working in Agile development environments. ## Preferred Skills - Microservices architecture. - Unit testing and integration testing frameworks. - Performance optimization and application security. - Experience with containerized and cloud-native applications. - Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an added advantage. ## Key Technology Stack - **Frontend:** React.js **or** Next.js **or** Vue.js **and** Webpack **or** comparable frontend frameworks/build tools - **Backend:** Java **and** Spring Boot **or** Node.js **or** .NET **or** Python **and** Django **or** Ruby on Rails **or** PHP **or** comparable backend technologies - **Databases:** PostgreSQL **or** MySQL **or** SQL Server **or** MongoDB - **Cloud:** AWS **or** Azure **or** Google Cloud Platform - **Version Control:** Git, GitHub, GitLab - **Containerization:** Docker, Kubernetes (Preferred)
